These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website at getcreago.co.za and any purchases made through it.

2. Eligibility

By using this website you confirm that:

• You are accessing this website from within South Africa or a jurisdiction where our products may lawfully be sold.

3. Products

All products listed on getcreago.co.za are food supplements intended to complement a healthy lifestyle. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

We make every effort to display product descriptions, nutritional information, and images accurately. However, minor variations may exist between the online representation and the physical product.

We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, or limit the availability of any product at any time without prior notice.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place your order.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund. We will notify you promptly if this occurs.

5. Orders and Payment

Placing an order on getcreago.co.za constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

Payments are processed securely through Payfast, our third-party payment provider. By completing a purchase, you agree to Payfast's terms and conditions in addition to ours. We do not store your card details.

An order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address once payment has been successfully processed. This confirmation constitutes acceptance of your order.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within South Africa only. Delivery timelines and shipping costs are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns and Refunds

In accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA), you have the right to return a product within 10 business days of receipt if it is:

• Defective or damaged upon arrival
• Not as described on our website
• Unsafe for consumption

We do not accept returns of opened or used products unless they are defective. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@getcreago.co.za with your order number and a description of the issue.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

8. Promotional Codes and Discounts

Promotional codes and discount vouchers are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of issue. Unless otherwise stated:

• Codes are single-use and non-transferable
• Codes cannot be combined with other promotions
• Codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash
• CreaGo reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time

CreaGo products contain creatine monohydrate, a well-researched nutritional supplement. However:

Our total liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.
