1. Shipping & Delivery

We strive to get your supplements to you as quickly as possible. We ship nationwide across South Africa using reputable courier partners.

2. Delivery Disclaimer & Passing of Risk

While we take every precaution to ensure your order is packed securely, our responsibility for the physical condition of the package transfers to the courier service once it leaves our facility.

Examination on Arrival

You are required to examine the parcel upon delivery. If the outer packaging is clearly damaged (e.g., torn, crushed, or wet), please notate the damage on the courier's waybill before signing, or refuse the delivery entirely.

Unattended Deliveries

We cannot be held responsible for theft or damage if you authorise the courier to leave the parcel at a gate, with a neighbour, or in an unmonitored area.

3. Damaged or Defective Goods

In accordance with Section 56 of the CPA, if your product arrives damaged or is found to be defective, we will make it right.

4. Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of creatine as a consumable health product, we must adhere to strict hygiene and safety protocols.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any supplement where the factory seal has been broken or tampered with, unless the product is proven to be defective.

Change of Mind

Under the ECTA, you have a cooling-off period of 7 days from the date of delivery to return unopened products for a refund.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
